Yep, I fell off a ladder at work. After surgery and 6 months of rehab went back to work. Super was clueless. I was having problems with disability and had to assess each job to determine if I was unable. Well, I told super 1 month ago that I was injured. His response, when did you get injured.

After attempting to communicate with HR and super, I was disciplined for execessive emails. Later they disciplined me for insubordination. They tell you they know what your job is. Super and above management have no clue. When they arrived to pick up company vehicle, they asked for my new ladder. I said do you want to read the email I sent you 3 months ago explain where the ladder is? No response for Area Director. Super was clueless or brain dead still not sure.

Yes, I was terminated. Am now disabled with permaneny injury. Probably cannot obtain employement with disability. The injuries just keep coming. One FSR was fired when his ladder slipped off side of gas station canopy island roof. He was on the ground with compound fracture and had no hard hate, he was terminated.

They have a safety policy now. You call super when work is unsafe. Super has no idea how to do job. Answer at other end of the phone when you call....I have no idea what you are talking about. You are supposed to call me? I have sent many an email with pictures to show unsafe working conditions. Yep, Safety director conveniently deletes emails from company email server. I got disciplined for excessive emails.

Do you want to work for a company that is unsafe and unconcious? The super was injured years ago when he lifted a printer which eventually required back surgery. He lucked out into a desk super job. But he is clueless as to what Sr Field Personnel are doing. He is the rudder of the ship. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS COMPANY.

TELL DELL OR HP ETC YOU DO NOT WANT INCOMPETENT TECHNICIANS RISKING YOUR EQUIPMENT AND/OR DATA AND YOU ONLY TRUST THE LOCAL UNISYS TECHNICIANS DUE TO WWTS HISTORY OF BREAKAGE

I understand and fully believe your claims, I too have had very very nasty dealings with the HR department which has a very vile two faced head of the dept and I too was strongly reprimanded for voicing my dismay at the level of unprofessionalism of the human resources dept.

While they do have a very very active safety program it's not actually used much to protect employee's it's a way to cover *** with osha and used as a tool to get rid of employee's they dislike or who cause trouble/point out management abusing position and not doing their job. If you follow every proper safety procedure your onsite times are about 2-3 times longer than everyone else who isn't and your BM And SFOS will make sure you know you need to spend less time onsite and get the site done and on to the next one. Personally on 5 separate occasions I have been told my safety concerns are not valid and ignore them and my SFOS actually told me that my family obligations do not matter and to work a service call because "it's your job". Lately they have taken a stance that if you take half a day off and it's the morning, say for a doctors appointment they expect you to work for free, they demand you accept calls while you are off the clock while not on call and call customers while you are off the clock and dealing with whatever it is you took time off for.

The level of incompetent employees in every single aspect of this company is appalling. They pay 3-8 dollars below the national average and claim it's top pay. They reward people with bonuses who kiss *** and abuse hughes safety codes to keep charging more time on calls. I actually have had the misfortune of having one of the "part-time techs" come to repair a dell laptop of my mothers when i was working, he smelled of BO she said and broke every piece of plastic he touched and didn't even fix it proper, I had to use the dell tech tools to order plastics and screws because it was missing 8 screws!!

when I called his BM to inform him he told me to mind my own business and focus on my own job... this company is only in existence because of back room deals and the fact no one else will do Hughes network systems repairs at as cheap as them. Unisys is still around because they focus on PC/Laptop etc and are good at it, recently HP threatened to yank the contract with WWTS because of widespread incompetence of the techs WWTS was sending to do the repairs, they saved face by cherry picking all HP calls and giving them to the techs that had good HP numbers and not allowing anyone else to run them, exactly what they said they would not do. This company is dishonest, avoid at all costs.

No i'm not a disgruntled employee, I'm just an employee who is tired of seeing the hypocrisy and lies and thinks everyone should know how dishonest and unprofessional this company truly is. Personally I could careless about my future employment with them as this is barely a paycheck to me.

I was wwts employee for 10 years. A dog charged the front door and ran for my life.

Called my supervisor from the car his first words were not are you ok it was didn't you get a video or photo of the dog biting you. I was what dumb *** have some empathy.

The next day they want me to go back.

Sounds right! This is a company that works for satan, and they don't even know if..and on top of that..they don't own a single thing....not even a house or a price of dirt...they are slaves and serve themselves..be forwarned!!

I worked many years for those idiots. Unprofessional is too kind a word for them.

One VP initials of JM needs a real dressing down for his inhumane attitudes. I'll be glad to do it myself.
